The future pastry chef

One of my twin girls decided she wanted to be a pastry chef.
And she's been baking non stop! And I've been eating everything non stop too!

Look how pretty this buttercream cake turned out!

And these cupcakes! I call these 'circus cupcakes'. Isn't it so festive?

We are also planning to make a high tea party on their 14th birthday in the Spring. No one is too old for tea parties right? And it's just right around the corner of when Tim Burton's Alice comes out. So it's just perfect! I am equally excited for both events! But I think I will faint when I finally see Alice in Wonderland on the big screen. I have been obsessed since I was a little girl. Ever since I saw that made for tv Alice in the 80's. I am also a proud collector of rare, vintage Alice in Wonderland books (and Through The Looking Glass), all, over a 100 years old. (You can see them on the post below, on the black shelf). I have more books that were not shown, I'll do a post about it soon.
Oh well have a magical Tuesday my pretties!
